Yes. All new hosting account customers get a new account information email containing all the important information about your account. If for any reason you did not receive it please let us know. You may have to check your spam folder if it was caught due to the email containing many different links in it. If you have a secondary email please send that to us so we can email it again to that address if you still have difficulties receiving it.
In general it is best to not sign up with an email address associated with the domain you are transfering to us. Try to use a different one during initial transfers.
