It takes a few seconds to get a new account on our systems. So long as your payment is complete and without any security issues or fraud alerts are set off on our end you should be able to access your account quickly. Just submit a ticket if for any reason your account is not processed in a timely manner, we will see what stopped the order and a lot of times it is the address not matching your credit card or you did not have enough funds in paypal so the order stopped.
